How do you calculate end-of-lease pricing?
Pricing is based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and overall condition. We provide a firm written quote after a brief inspection or phone assessment.
Can I get a discount for regular bookings?
Yes! Weekly bookings save 15%, fortnightly save 10%, and monthly save 5%. Discounts apply automatically when you select your frequency.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Most customers provide a key or entry code. We're fully insured and all cleaners are background-checked.
